How is shipping calculated? Once you have entered you shipping information, our shopping cart accesses UPS Real Time Rates to give you up to date shipping rates based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code. The rate quoted on the site is the rate you will be charged after your order is processed.
When will my order be shipped? We Strive to ship your items the Same day we recieve the order. We can do this in most cases if the order is placed before 2:00pm.
Tracking Number: Once your order has been processed by FedEx. You will be sent an email containing your shipping information and a tracking number. To track your shipment, logon to www.fedex.com, click click “Track Shipments,” and enter your tracking number.
Out-of-Stock Products We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out of a particular item. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.
International Shipping: Shipping outside the United States will be taken on a case by case basis. Some items can be sent though the USPS.
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.
